The overall cost of your dental treatment will vary depending on your unique needs and the treatment plan decided upon by you and Dr. Vajdi. We will make sure to discuss the potential cost of your treatment plan with you beforehand so that you make the best choice for you, and your smile. We will work with you and your provider(s) to create a treatment and payment plan that fits your budgets and maximizes and dental benefits you may have. Knowing what to expect before beginning treatment is as important to us as it is to you.

As a note, insurance plans are designed to reduce your cost not eliminate it entirely. We highly recommend that you are familiar with your dental plan benefits as we do not participate with most insurance plans. Some important concepts to remember:

• Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance provider.
• Insurance benefits are always subject to review by your carrier.
• The information that we are given by your insurance carrier is not a guarantee of benefits or payment.
• Your coverage is limited to the terms of your policy.
• Our office is happy to assist you in obtaining your coverage information and when applicable, a predetermination will be done to verify coverage and benefits.
